ARTHOUSE|HIRE
1. Works are clearance free [on a global basis] for non-exclusive use in film, TV, theatre and other print or audio visual production. Images not to be reproduced or altered in any way. Our contract with the artist is available on request.
2. Any discrepancies to be reported within 24 hours.
3. In the event of loss of any item(s) a loss invoice for the full replacement value of the item(s) will be issued. Where damage has occurred an invoice will be issued for the cost of the repair.
4. Goods shall be at the hirers risk in all respects from the time of collection until the time the goods are returned to us and are to be insured by the hirer against all risks for the replacement value.
5. Hire rates are 10% of the replacement value for one weeks hire, 5% of the replacement value for the second week and 2½% of the replacement value per week thereafter.
6. The hirer shall submit a written order quoting a reference number, replacement value, hire period and agreed charge for all of the goods hired.
7. The hirer shall be deemed to have full knowledge of the written named terms and conditions any any person signing on behalf of the hirer will be deemed to be the agent for the hirer.
